Das Tiny-Haus liegt in ruhiger Lage, hat eine große Terrasse und einen großzügigen Wohn- und Küchenbereich. Der WC-/Duschraum ist sehr geräumig, nur der Waschbeckenbereich ist sehr eng. Die Schlafzimmer sind etwas knapp bemessen.
