Charming house renovated in 2023, featuring a living room with fully equipped kitchen, TV lounge/dining area, three bedrooms with double beds, a bathroom with shower and basin, and separate toilet. There is a utility room with dishwasher, microwave, and washing machine. Garage for bikes and on-site parking available. Enjoy a fenced garden with a spacious terrace, sun loungers for relaxing, and a barbecue for outdoor dining. Wi-Fi is provided.
The property is carefully prepared for your stay; please respect the premises.
Bed linen and towels are not included, but these services are available as an option. Even if you choose the cleaning service, please follow a few rules: leave the house tidy, wash, dry, and put away dishes (the dishwasher must be empty), clean the hob and plancha, and take out all rubbish and waste.
Check-in is between 3 pm and 7 pm. Parties are strictly prohibited.
