The “Meeresblick” building was newly constructed in 2000 on the site of (and modelled on) the former spa house. The building’s architecture combines elements of seaside resort design with modern and comfortable amenities.
You can reach the holiday apartment from the underground car park via a spacious, covered, and landscaped atrium, either by stairs or lift. The building’s south entrance provides barrier-free access—the north entrance leads directly to the beach via a short path.
Immerse yourself in the experience of the Nord-Nord-Ost 405 holiday apartment in the “Meeresblick” building, a 3-room apartment measuring 50 m²—accommodating up to 4 people. From the 4th floor, the spacious balcony (8 m² / east-facing) offers a direct view of the Baltic Sea and the beach promenade. Here you can enjoy the sound of the sea and gaze at the horizon—pure relaxation!
The comfortably furnished apartment features a spacious, bright living room, a modern kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, and two tastefully decorated bedrooms. The larger bedroom has a double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm), while the smaller bedroom has a queen-size bed (140 x 190 cm). The windows in both bedrooms face the atrium.
A flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi, and a Bluetooth-enabled radio/CD player round out the amenities. The kitchen (equipped with, among other things, 3 ceramic cooktops, an oven, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a kettle, a De Longhi capsule coffee machine, a Senseo (coffee pods), and a drip coffee maker) is comfortably equipped.
On the ground floor of the “Meeresblick,” the “Kaffeehaus Röntgen” treats you to a tempting breakfast menu, a private pastry shop, and delicious baked goods. Other cafés and restaurants are just a few steps away from the house. A supermarket (Lidl) is also just a few minutes’ walk away (across the park).
The apartment includes an underground parking space (no charging station for electric cars). Access to the underground car park is via Poststraße (coordinates N 54,15108 / E 11,72894 or N 54° 9' 3.888" / E 11° 43' 44.184"). Parking space 107 accommodates vehicles with the following dimensions: a maximum width of 1.90 m, a length of 5.00 m, a maximum height of 1.80 m, and a weight of up to 2,000 kg. Your vehicle will thus be safely and conveniently parked, allowing you to enjoy your time in this unique setting without any worries.
The underground car park also features a large, locked bicycle storage room as well as wall mounts for bike racks and roof boxes. Also on the basement level, there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer (both coin-operated).
