The approximately 55 m² 3-room holiday apartment is located on the ground floor and attic of a well-maintained country house and offers plenty of space for up to five people. This makes it ideal for families, small groups of friends, or couples who want a little more space to relax during their holiday on Sylt.

As soon as you enter the apartment, you’ll be greeted by a bright and cosy atmosphere. The living area forms the heart of the apartment: A spacious, comfortable sofa nook invites you to relax after a long day at the beach—whether with a good book, a film night, or while planning your next island adventure together. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of space for convivial meals and long evenings with family or friends.

The open kitchenette is fully equipped and offers everything you need to prepare light snacks or a hearty holiday breakfast—including a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, and electric kettle. This allows you to plan your holiday with complete flexibility.

The apartment features two cosy bedrooms. One is located on the first level and is furnished with a comfortable double bed. The second bedroom is accessible via a staircase inside the apartment—a lovely retreat in the attic with a double bed and an additional sleeper sofa. This means the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to five guests.

The modern bathroom with a shower and toilet rounds out the comfortable amenities. Practical amenities such as Wi-Fi, a TV, and a private parking space ensure a pleasant stay.

A particular highlight is the quiet yet central location:
