Former Quercy farmhouse, fully renovated and independent, set in a peaceful environment with green space. Enjoy a private shaded courtyard under lime trees, fenced garden and park, and covered parking.
Relax on secluded terraces, both covered and open, with beautiful views over the valley, meadows, and woods. Barbecue, garden furniture, and loungers are provided for your comfort.
The house has 4 bedrooms: two with double beds (140 cm), one with a double bed (160 cm), and a children’s room with a single bed (90 cm). Baby cot available on request.
Private pool (6.5 x 3.5 m, 1.2 m deep), with outdoor shower. The pool is very secure, enclosed with a gate.
Solar hot water, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 separate toilets. Large fully equipped kitchen for up to 15 guests, with gas hob, electric oven, cooker, and American fridge with fresh water and ice maker.
Living room with flat-screen TV, home cinema, closed fireplace, leather sofa, armchairs, and pouf. English pool table and darts available free of charge.
Numerous walks and hikes start directly from the house. Cycle path on a former railway 10 km away, ideal for families, connecting Sarlat, Gourdon, and Souillac. Riding center nearby.
All shops 3 km away. Supermarket, train station, hospital, public pool, and swimming lake in Gourdon (7 km). The Dordogne river for swimming is about 10 minutes away.
Located between Sarlat (25 km), Rocamadour (20 km), and Saint-Cirq-Lapopie. Discover remarkable sites like the Padirac chasm.
