This beautiful and bright one-room holiday apartment accommodates up to three guests and offers approximately 50m² of living space with a stunning panoramic sea view over the Lübeck Bay. Located in the first row of the Strandallee in Scharbeutz, the apartment features a combined living and dining area with access to a balcony showcasing direct sea views. The spacious living room is equipped with a new double bed (180x200cm) and a high-quality sofa bed (160x200cm mattress), ensuring a comfortable stay. A small nook with a wardrobe is available, while the separate kitchenette in the entryway is fully equipped with essential appliances including a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic cooktop with oven, coffee machine, Tchibo capsule machine, toaster, and kettle. The well-maintained bathroom includes a spacious shower, WC, towel radiator, sink, and hairdryer. Internet access is complimentary, and additional facilities such as a laundry room and sauna are available in the basement.

The holiday apartment offers a stunning outdoor setting with a balcony that boasts direct panoramic views of the Lübeck Bay, perfect for enjoying warm evenings and breathtaking sunrises.
