Very beautiful, rustic house "Herrgården", 2 storeys, detached, renovated in 2020. Vimmerby, in a central position, 25 km from the lake, 25 km from the beach. Private: property, garden 1'400 m2 with lawn and flowers, parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop, grocery 500 m, supermarket, shopping centre 700 m, restaurant 500 m, bus stop "Norrtull" 350 m, railway station "Vimmerby station" 600 m, sandy beach "Nossen" 25 km. Nearby attractions: Astrid Lindgrens Värld 1 km, Kalles Lek & Latjo 700 m, Bullerbyn 15 km.
