Located in Bournazel on the GR 36 trail, this 210 m² gîte is a renovated farmhouse ideal for 12 guests. The spacious 80 m² living room with a central fireplace is the heart of the house. Firewood is provided—enjoy cozy fires and roasted chestnuts in season! The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2 toilets. For your comfort: underfloor heating, Canadian well (cool in summer), high-speed Wi-Fi, TV (VOD), and a workspace. Ground-level access, self check-in, and 8 private parking spaces make exploring the area easy.



The modern kitchen is fully equipped, with two coffee makers (Senseo and filter no. 4). On request, savor artisanal organic bread baked in the family farm’s wood oven. For families: 2 baby beds, 2 high chairs, games, and books. Outside: private terrace and quiet play area. Bed linen and towels are provided. Cleaning is available for an extra fee. Pets and events are not allowed to preserve the tranquility of the property.



For active guests, the village offers a city park, pétanque, and rugby. Just 8 minutes away, Cordes-sur-Ciel has 6 tennis courts, a skate park, and its famous market. Discover the market in Saint-Antonin-Noble-Val as well. The region, known as the Occitan Tuscany, is full of treasures: Gaillac vineyards, stunning landscapes, and free supervised natural swimming at Laguépie.
