La Pause Iodée – Close to Beaches and Town Center

Welcome to our fully renovated holiday home, the perfect base for a relaxing stay in La Tranche-sur-Mer. Located in a peaceful condominium, you can reach the beach, shops, and activities within minutes on foot or by bike.



The house features a cozy mezzanine with a double bed, a bright living room with a convertible sofa bed—ideal for up to 4 guests—a modern, fully equipped open kitchen for easy meal preparation, a baby cot available for families, and a small enclosed courtyard with a terrace, perfect for relaxing in the sun.



The house is available for weekly rentals during the summer season, from Saturday to Saturday. Outside the high season, shorter stays, including weekends, are possible. A certificate of liability insurance may be requested a few days before your arrival.



Check-in, key handover, and an introduction to the property are provided by a local concierge, who will also be available throughout your stay. The property will be inspected at your departure.



Cleaning fees and linen rental are available for an additional charge and should be reserved with the concierge when confirming your booking. Please tidy up before leaving (put away dishes, empty the dishwasher, take out the trash, etc.).



The property is non-smoking and pets are not allowed. Please treat the house as you would your own.
