Hosted by My Huatulco Vacation, this villa is located in the private gated community of Sueño Real, and offers an opportunity to experience luxurious living thanks to its recent renovation including professionally designed interiors, completed in late 2021. Boasting a serene, refined and tropical space where couples and families alike can enjoy a blissful vacation in this central location overlooking Huatulco's famous Santa Cruz Bay.

Walk through the arched wooden doorway to enter your own private oasis. Be greeted by your private sun-kissed pool where you can enjoy sunbathing in the built-in pool loungers. Continue into the courtyard where you will find the main outdoor patio with comfortable seating, additional sun loungers and a hammock. Beyond this area, you will find the single guest suite and full bath, perfect for a teenager or single adult in the group.

Inside, the main level offers an open-concept chef's kitchen, outfitted with luxury appliances. The breakfast bar is a nice spot to enjoy your morning coffee before you have breakfast at the casual dining table. For a more formal dining experience, enjoy the beautifully renovated dining room. Also on the main level, you'll find the indoor living area, powder room, and back terrace with bbq grill.

The upper level offers three guest rooms with private baths and a shared terrace with ample seating and a shaded hammock where you can enjoy an afternoon siesta.

The Sueño Real complex offers 24 hour gated security, onsite concierge service, and access to the shared adults-only infinity pool. This complex is perched on the Cliffside on Punta Santa Cruz, overlooking the beautiful bay below.

15 minute walk to your choice of beaches - Santa Cruz or Chahue. Restaurants, snorkeling, boats and jetskis, tours all at Santa Cruz beach.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION TERMS

• 30% deposit on base rental rate due at time of booking + $99 USD admin fee & $45 USD Accidental Damage Insurance Fee
• 70% balance + tax due 60 days prior to arrival (full payment required for last minute stays)
• Funds paid are non-refundable, if required, you can move your dates without a change fee up to 30 days from arrival.
• Though not available for purchase through our Company, we encourage travelers to consider securing travel insurance.
