The Ardèche vacation rental is located between the Gorges de l’Ardèche and the Cèze Valley in the small, quiet village of Le Garn.

The vacation rental is situated at the entrance to the village, is built entirely of natural stone, and is approximately 250 years old. On the south side, the property consists of a gravel-covered courtyard and opens up on the west side into a large garden area. From the village street, you step onto a spacious covered terrace that offers room for a cozy, shaded dining area. From there, you enter the large living room, which is furnished with antique furniture. A special feature is the old fireplace, which radiates cozy warmth on cool evenings.

Through the slightly smaller but very bright adjoining room, you can access the large rear sun terrace as well as the kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom are decorated in Provençal style and equipped with modern appliances (dishwasher, etc.).

A staircase leads from the smaller room to the two upper rooms. There is a large bedroom furnished with a double bed (1.60 m) and two wardrobes, as well as a slightly smaller room with two single beds. Both rooms are painted in the Provençal style and very tastefully furnished.

There is plenty of bed linens, towels, dishes, and silverware. Deck chairs and umbrellas are available for relaxing. Parking is available right in front of the vacation home.
