Wir haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt und empfehlen sie gerne weiter. Die liebevolle Renovierung, geschmackvolle Einrichtung, Sauberkeit, Pflegezustand und sensationell ausgestattete Küche haben uns begeistert. Wir wünschen den Vermietern, dass dies stets mit Wertschätzung und durch respektvollen Umgang mit der Einrichtung gedankt wird. Die hochwertigen Fenster schließen jedes Geräusch aus. Der Balkon bietet Sonne am Abend. Das Treppenhaus und der Waschraum sind auch sehr gepflegt. Alle 4 Parteien sind in der Ferienvermietung. Die Räder finden Platz im Schuppen. Die Lage ist sehr gut - kurze Wege zur Wyker Stadtmitte, zum Südstrand und in Restaurants. Der Bus hält direkt gegenüber. Die Schlafzimmerfenster weisen zur Straße hinaus, also sollten Langschläfer die Fenster geschlossen halten. Beide Schlafräume sind klein und sehr niedrig unter Dach mit Schrägen mit wenig Kniestock, wir fühlen uns damit sehr wohl, muss man mögen. Für heiße Sommer sind Ventilatoren in den Schlafräumen verbaut. Kommen sehr gerne wieder.
