Built in 1875, this semi-detached house was extensively renovated in 2025 and offers 125 m² of living space for up to 6 people. Spread across two floors are a total of four rooms, including three bedrooms, a modern bathroom, and an additional guest bathroom.

The living area is comfortably furnished with a sofa corner, armchairs, and a dining area. Wi-Fi, internet, a TV with satellite connection, and games provide entertainment. Practical amenities such as a desk, safe, coat rack, and storage space round out the features. The house is a smoke-free property and is equipped with privacy screens on all windows.

The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: an induction cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and espresso machine are included, as are numerous kitchen utensils and spices.
