Bright and lovingly furnished 54 sqm apartment on the 2nd floor (with elevator) in a quiet area of Westerland, Sylt. The beach is just a 3-minute walk away, and Friedrichstraße with its restaurants, boutiques, and cafés is around 5 minutes on foot. Free parking is available directly at the building.
Features: Bedroom with double bed (160×200 cm, two mattresses) and large wardrobe. Living area with extendable dining table (4 chairs), comfortable sofa, and sofa bed (140×200 cm, real mattress). Ideal for 2 people. Kitchenette (new in 2026). Modern bathroom (renovated in 2024) with shower. Two balconies, each with a bistro table and chairs.
Wi-Fi and smart TV available (streaming with your own login).
Laundry room in the basement (washing machine/dryer, use available for an extra charge). Bicycle parking at the entrance.
The local tourist tax is not included in the price. Children up to 18 years stay free of charge.
Final cleaning after departure is handled by a cleaning service.
