Designed and custom built by our family, this extraordinary three-level villa blends timeless architecture with modern luxury, offering an unforgettable setting for family vacations, reunions, corporate retreats, weddings, and special celebrations.

From the moment you arrive via the private driveway, you’ll discover a peaceful retreat surrounded by rolling vineyards, fruit orchards, blueberry fields, private hiking trails, and breathtaking views of the Eola Hills. Although the estate offers complete privacy, it is conveniently located near many of Oregon’s finest wineries, tasting rooms, restaurants, and outdoor attractions.

With more than 10,000 square feet of living space across three spacious levels, the home was designed specifically for large groups. Multiple gathering areas allow everyone to spend time together while still providing plenty of room to spread out, relax, and enjoy their own private space.

Whether you’re sipping coffee in the breakfast sunroom overlooking the vineyard, enjoying an afternoon by the pool, challenging family members to a game of basketball or shuffleboard, watching a movie in your private theater, relaxing in the sauna, or ending the evening around the vineyard fire pit beneath the stars, this estate offers an experience your family and friends will remember for years to come.

Spacious Accommodations

The estate comfortably accommodates large families and groups while providing privacy for every guest.

* Five spacious bedrooms, each featuring its own private en-suite bathroom
* Bonus bunk room with two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests
* Accommodates up to 20 overnight guests (additional fee of $100 per guest, per night above the standard occupancy included in your reservation)

One of the features our guests appreciate most is having two fully stocked kitchens.

The main level features a gourmet chef’s kitchen with quality cookware, dinnerware, and everything needed to prepare meals for large groups. Adjacent to the kitchen is a bright breakfast sunroom with beautiful views overlooking the vineyard and winery.

The lower entertainment level also includes a second full kitchen, allowing guests to prepare meals, snacks, and beverages without ever leaving the fun. Whether you’re enjoying the theater, playing games, or relaxing by the fireplace, everything you need is just steps away.

The heart of the home is an inviting great room featuring soaring ceilings and a dramatic 20-foot real wood-burning fireplace with a convenient propane starter, making it easy to enjoy a traditional wood fire.

Important Information

Pool Heating: The swimming pool is heated seasonally. Between October 15 and May 15, pool heating is available for an additional fee.

Maximum Occupancy: The estate can accommodate up to 20 overnight guests. Guests above the standard occupancy included with your reservation are charged $100 per person, per night.

Hot Tub Notice: The small private hot tub located off the primary bedroom is currently under maintenance and is not operational. The main hot tub located adjacent to the pool remains fully operational and is available for guest enjoyment.
