The 3-room duplex holiday rental (spanning 2 levels) features a large (approx. 25 square metres)living-dining area (with a balcony) featuring an integrated kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, glass-ceramic cooktop, and a refrigerator with a large freezer compartment) along with a seating area and dining nook.



A bedroom with a double bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) is located on the lower level. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.



On the upper floor, there is another bedroom with 2 single beds. A cot and high chair are available. Bed linens and towels can be booked as needed. 



Utility costs (electricity and water) are paid on-site to the property manager based on actual usage. The final cleaning fee is €90.00.

Utility costs (electricity and water) are not included in the rental price and must be paid on site based on actual consumption. Electricity is billed at €0.60/kWh and water at €8.50/sqm.



Wi-Fi is available during your stay and is billed at 10.00 €/week.



If you bring a dog, a flat fee of 25.00 € per stay is charged.
