This inviting 47 m² holiday apartment on the 8th floor offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea and the perfect atmosphere for a relaxing holiday by the sea.
The modernised living and dining area features cosy furnishings that invite you to relax. From the living area, you can step out onto the west-facing balcony and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Baltic Sea—here, the sea is within arm’s reach.
The master bedroom is visually separated from the living area and features a comfortable double bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm). The separate children’s room features a practical pull-out bed (approx. 160 x 200 cm). In addition, there is a cosy sleeper sofa in the living room.

If you dream of gently sloping beaches, glowing sunsets, and relaxation for the whole family—then come to Großenbrode on the Fehmarn Sound. The wide, sandy Baltic Sea beach is perfect for digging in the sand and building sandcastles. Little water lovers and swimming enthusiasts can splash around to their heart’s content in the shallow waters of the Baltic Sea. Nearby, you’ll find shopping, playgrounds, restaurants, and a variety of recreational activities. Großenbrode has its own train station. The island of Fehmarn is only about 4 km from Großenbrode, and the city of Heiligenhafen on the Warder Peninsula (about 10 km away) also invites you to visit. Here, in addition to the traditional fishing port, you’ll find one of Germany’s largest and most modern marinas, a pier over 500 metres long, and a kilometer-long swimming beach.

Großembrode Haus 2.

Soweit ganz gut, Bad "etwas in die Jahre gekommen" (duschen) unbequem. Küche klein. Nur das nötigste vorhanden. Dafür ist die Wohnung ruhig (im 8.Stock) außer wenn "Nachbarn" werkeln oder unten der Motorrasenmäher läuft. Gegend TOP. TIP: immer ein -> E-bike leihen!! (Wind & Steigungen)
