Welcome to Holiday Apartment No. 7 in Building 4 of the Vier Jahreszeiten!<br><br>The 49-square-meter apartment is located on the ground floor of the building, right on the new Südstrand Promenade, with a magnificent unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea!<br><br>The bright living area, featuring a large window facing the sea, is furnished with a corner sleeper sofa (1.60 m wide) for two people, one armchair, a TV, and a compact stereo system. In the dining area, a large dining table seats up to four people. <br>From the living room, you can step out onto the furnished, sunny south-facing balcony with an unbeatable front-row view. If it gets too sunny, a parasol provides protection from excessive sunlight.<br><br>The bedroom features two single beds, as well as a chest of drawers and another TV. The large window makes the bedroom feel very bright and welcoming.<br><br>The modern built-in kitchen features a large refrigerator with a separate freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a ceramic cooktop, and an oven, so you don’t have to sacrifice the comforts of self-catering even while on holiday. <br><br>The bathroom has also been modernised and features a shower with a high-quality glass shower enclosure; a large illuminated mirror and a heated towel rack complete the bathroom’s amenities.<br>Guests have access to free Wi-Fi and a parking space!<br><br>***Please note that there is no lift available in Building 4***<br><br>***Unfortunately, pets are not allowed here. If you smoke on the balcony, please make sure the smoke does not drift into the apartment***<br><br><br>Complex:<br><br> The "Vier Jahreszeiten" holiday complex comprises 6 different buildings ranging from 3 to 8 stories—just a stone’s throw from the white, fine-sand South Beach. These feature 1- to 3-room apartments ranging from approximately 35 to 50 square metres.<br>The buildings in the complex are located directly on the newly built promenade, whose wooden walkways lead through the dunes to cosy seating areas. Restaurants, shops, and recreational activities are within walking distance along the promenade. <br>In Buildings 1, 2, and 3 (NOT IN BUILDINGS 4, 5, AND 6), there are 2 lifts and a laundry room with 2 washing machines and 2 dryers (available for a fee) available to each guest. The dryers and washing machines are available for use by all guests of the complex. <br>A large car park with a barrier system across from the buildings provides one free, unassigned parking space for each residential unit.<br><br>The quality and availability of internet access in the apartments depend on the complex’s occupancy rate and are beyond our control; therefore, we cannot guarantee them.
