It is divided into two separate areas with independent entrances.
At pool level, on the ground floor, there is a studio with two bedrooms and a bathroom.
Above is the main house, which has two floors. The ground floor features a kitchen, a living-dining room, a full bathroom, and a double bedroom. Upstairs, there is a spacious bedroom with its own bathroom and a terrace with sea views.
Several terraces face different directions, so you can always choose between sun or shade.
There is also a large terrace with a barbecue for enjoying meals outdoors.
