L'Escala - 5 MINUTES WALK FROM THE BEACH MAIN RIELLS - LUXURY VILLA BEAUTIFUL AND SPACIOUS - (exit 4 or 5 after the border; The JONQUERA) The villa is 5 minutes walk from the beach (of RIELLS) in a residential area and very close to all commercial activities (restaurants, children's games etc. TRAIN to get to the beautiful beaches of Empuries Ruins.). The villa is of a good standard for 8 people - comfortable and nicely decorated assured. (WI FI proposed). Villa is proposed also for 2 families with nice space of life (160 m2 habitable) on 700 m2 of sported ground + shelter closed for 2coitures. Very large swimming pool (with alarm and net demand) maintained by a pool maintenance; barbecue assured with friendly location and SHELTERED PERGOLA (to taste good are specialties of the country). The villa consists of: 1 very large living room of 50 m2 with 2 corners "comfortable lounge" (overlooking a beautiful pool and its beautiful landscaped landscaped with relax for sunbathing); 1 fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms with walk-in shower; of which 2 parental rooms (have air conditioning), 3 toilets 2 are independent; 2 locations for sheltered and closed vehicles; a garden area for relaxation. You can benefit in addition to 4 bikes (50 € / s) to enjoy the nearby ballads and also to move more easily in the city (very appreciated by the tenants).

Very nice stay & beautiful vacation home

My family and I really enjoyed our stay in this beautiful home. It was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed; kitchen utensils etc., there was even a hairdryer and extension cords. Our 13 year old boys loved the pool. Parking space is pretty narrow but fits two cars. One thing to add that would make it perfect would be a ping-pong table. As far as the location of the house goes, it is less than 10 mins. to walk to the harbor and only a few mins. more to reach the local beach. Shops are within a short driving distance. The owners of the home were very friendly and welcoming and always quick to respond to messages and questions. Overall we loved our stay and would definitely recommend this beautiful vacation home.

Nous avons passé 2 très belles semaines. La villa est très agréable, bien équipée et bien située (proche des commerces et de la plage). La piscine est très grande, la pergola permet de déjeuner à l'ombre à toute heure. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, d'une extrême gentillesse et de très bons conseils pour les restaurants de l'Escala

In dieser Villa stimmt einfach alles, man fühlt sich direkt wohl, wenn man ins Haus rein geht. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr viele schöne Details , die es richtig gemütlich machen. Nous avons passé d'excellentes vacances en famille. Tout correspond en tous points à ce qui est annoncé. C'est une magnifique maison typique pleine de charme et surtout tout confort et très calme tout en étant à proximité de tout ( restaurants, plage, supermarchés....). La maison est extrêmement bien équipée, spacieuse, à la propreté irréprochable. Les très jolies chambres ou suites et salles d'eau séparées, les espaces extérieurs exceptionnels avec en particulier la piscine très bien entretenue ont rendu ce séjour parfait et ont fait notre bonheur. La gentillesse, la disponibilité et la qualité de l'accueil de M et Mme LARTIGUE sont à souligner. Nous recommandons sans souci et n'avons qu'une hâte pouvoir y revenir. Merci.

Traumhaus mit einer Traumlage und top Vermieter

Das Haus war noch schöner als auf den Fotos und für unsere älteren Damen, waren die ebenerdigen Zimmer und Duschen absolut super. Der Pool super groß mit einer festen Treppe zum einsteigen genau richtig, sowie dass es kein Chlor sondern Salzwasser war, einfach perfekt! Anne Marie und ihr Mann sind so freundlich und absolut entgegengekommen. Wir hoffen das Haus wieder buchen zu können.

Une villa alliant confort et équipement pour un séjour idéal entre amis.

La villa d'Anne-Maeie et Alain est parfaite pour un séjour entre amis. D'une architecture typiquement espagnole, son intérieur parfaitement rénové (des salles de bains au top) et sa belle piscine bien entretenue en font un lieu de séjour idéal et très proche de la plage. Les hôtes particulièrement sympathiques nous ont accueillis avec toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer d'excellentes vacances. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement.

Top! Saubere und sehr gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung.

Das Haus liegt zentral und dennoch ruhig. Das Grundstück ist von der Straße und den Nachbarhäusern nicht einsehbar, so dass man beim Aufenthalt in Freien, Pool usw. sehr privat ist. Die Ausstattung ist sehr gut und due Einrichtung sehr ansprechend. Man merkt sofort, dass die Vermieter hier auch zeitweise selbst wohnen. Die Vermieter Herr und Frau Lartigue sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und stets für ihre Gäste erreichbar. Wir haben uns vom ersten Tag an sehr wohl gefühlt und bestens erholt. Vielen Dank Alain und Anne-Marie!

Super tolle Villa

Die Vermieter sind super nett. Es ist eine perfekte Villa mit sehr schönen Zimmern. Die Sauberkeit war einwandfrei. Der Pool war sehr groß und der Garten/Terrassen Bereich ebenfalls. Die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet, mit Esspressomaschine. Zum Strand und Restaurants 7nd Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind es nicht mal 3 min zu Fuß. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Groot huis met prachtig zwembad

Het huis is heel ruim met 4 slaapkamers, 3 moderne badkamers en een prachtig, groot zwembad. Alle slaapkamers zijn voorzien van airco. Er zijn meerdere plekken om buiten te kunnen zitten, ook in de schaduw. Het zwembad is met een soort hekje af te sluiten van het terras, heel fijn met kleine kinderen. Een supermarkt en het strand zijn makkelijk lopend te bereiken in ca 5-10 minuten, aan de boulevard zitten ook restaurants (alhoewel die in het oude centrum beter zijn). Het is mogelijk 1 auto achter een hek te parkeren, voor 2 auto’s vonden wij het wat te krap. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad, het enige minpuntje waren de schoonmaakkosten waarover verteld red bij aankomst, we hadden verwacht dat de schoonmaakkosten in de huurprijs inbegrepen waren. Bovendien kwamen de schoonmaakster en de verhuurders al een uur voordat we uit moesten checken, dat wisten we, maar vonden we niet echt prettig.

Quality family villa

Villa is well located a short walk from the beach (10 mins). Large living room and good sized bedrooms and bathrooms. Layout was ideal for us as there were bedrooms on different floors , we were there with our son and daughter in law plus their 9 month old baby so a little separation was a good thing! The owners were very friendly and helpful all in all a really good experience.

great villa.

Nice well appointed villa with photos that are accurate to reality! As discussed with owner, the back bedrooms def need AC to be installed otherwise they become unbearably hot at night. Fans are provided but are insufficient to make sleeping easy. Check-in/out easy and quick. Shame the bicycles are not available to guests without a supplement being paid. The villa advert does give the impression that they are included. One small thing: more hooks / hanging for towels in the bathrooms would be useful. Apart from a new niggles, its a great family villa, open, well furnished and with lots of outside shady spaces to sit/ eat. 10 mins walk to port and local SPAR supermarket.

Wunderschöner Familienurlaub in guter Lage

Wir (zwei Ü60 und fünf Ü30) wurden von den Besitzern sehr freundlich empfangen. Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gepflegt. Es ist mit neuen Bädern sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine schöne Raumaufteilung. Auch die Küchenausstattung ließ nichts zu wünschen übrig. Im Außenbereich hat man mehrere Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man auch in einer großen Gruppe die Möglichkeit hat, sich zurückzuziehen. Strand, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig gut zu erreichen. Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen und wir können das Haus nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
