Wing of a restored former farmhouse, "Le Balcon des Puys" sits at 1,150 m altitude, far from any neighbors. Enjoy breathtaking panoramic views of the Sancy mountains and the Chaudefour valley.
Nestled at the foot of the massif between the Croix Morand and Croix St Robert passes, it's perfectly located for hiking, swimming in mountain lakes, exploring local heritage, or visiting charming villages like St Nectaire, Murol, Besse, Mont Dore, and La Bourboule.
Within an hour's drive, discover the Chaîne des Puys, Limagne fault (UNESCO World Heritage), Puy de Dôme, Vulcania, Gergovie plateau, Volvic, and Clermont-Ferrand with its famous black cathedral.
Water and part of the electricity are included in the rental. Additional electricity is available for an extra fee.
Cleaning products (except laundry detergent), tea towels, and bath mats are provided. Baby and toddler essentials are available.
Bed linen, duvet covers, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning can be rented for an extra fee.
