Holiday Apartment No. 30 in the “Strandstraße 16” holiday complex is a 2-room holiday apartment that sleeps up to 3 people.

This bright and cheerfully furnished two-room holiday apartment measures approximately 41 m². It is located in a quiet spot in the third row behind the main building. On the ground floor, you’ll find a cosy living area with a kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, and a balcony. The distance to the white Baltic Sea beach is about 750 metres.

In the living area, you can spend relaxing hours on the sofa bed (145 x 200 cm) and in a rocking chair. A flat-screen TV, a DVD player, a stereo system, and a selection of books provide entertainment during your stay. For sunny days, the southwest-facing balcony with a view of the landscaped courtyard is at your disposal. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.

The kitchenette, integrated into the living area, is well-equipped and features two ceramic cooktops, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a kettle, and a coffee maker. The dining table is also located in the living area.

The bedroom features a large double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm). A spacious closet offers ample storage space for your holiday wardrobe. Curtains are hung at the windows.

The en-suite bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink, and a large mirror. Tiles have been laid throughout the entire holiday rental; only the bedroom has carpet.

Please note: This is a non-smoking apartment. Pets are allowed in this holiday rental.

You can park your vehicle in the designated space in the underground garage (maximum height 1.50 m; not suitable for estate cars). Bicycles can be stored in the bicycle storage room in the underground car park.

Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available in the building’s common areas for a fee.

The property features well-maintained green spaces and a courtyard with a reading nook. In the main building, guests can use free Wi-Fi in the entrance area, which has a seating area. A common room with coin-operated washing machines and dryers is also available in the main building.

Each holiday apartment comes with an underground parking space for standard vehicles without sports modifications (lowered suspension, spoilers, low-profile tyres). Please observe the applicable signage, as well as the maximum permitted vehicle dimensions and weights:
