The 79 m² holiday apartment is located on the 3rd floor of the “Residenz unter den Linden” in Kühlungsborn Ost and offers plenty of space across two floors for a relaxing holiday by the Baltic Sea. The lower level features a living and dining area, a kitchenette, and a bathroom with a shower. On the upper level, you’ll find two bedrooms and a bathroom with a tub. The fine-sand beach is approximately 500 metres away.

The living area invites you to enjoy relaxing evenings with a cosy couch, an armchair, a flat-screen TV, a stereo system, and a CD and DVD player. You can use the Wi-Fi connection free of charge. The adjacent dining area features a large table, offering plenty of space for shared meals. A children’s chair and a separate high chair are available for younger guests.

The kitchenette is fully equipped and features an oven, a 4-zone ceramic cooktop, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a dishwasher, and a microwave. The kitchen is further equipped with a toaster, an egg cooker, a coffee maker, a Nespresso capsule machine, and a kettle.

The bathroom on the lower level features a floor-to-ceiling shower, a toilet, a sink, and an illuminated wall mirror. A wall-mounted heater is provided for drying towels. A hair dryer and a stool for younger guests are also provided.

In the upper hallway, you’ll find a closet containing a travel cot, a mattress, a vacuum cleaner, and two child safety gates (to prevent children from falling out of the large bed). The staircase to the upper floor is equipped with a child safety gate that can be used as needed.

The first bedroom features a comfortable double bed (2 x 90 x 200 cm) and a sleeper sofa (119 x 200 cm) for an additional person. A wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV provide additional comfort.

The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (2 x 80 x 200 cm), a wardrobe, a chest of drawers, and a flat-screen TV. A sofa bed (119 x 200 cm) provides an additional sleeping space. The skylights on the upper floor can be opened and darkened automatically.

The bathroom with a bathtub on the upper floor features a toilet, sink, and a lighted mirror. A stool is provided for children, and a portable changing table is stored in the closet.

The apartment is equipped with high-quality oak-look PVC flooring. The bathrooms are tiled and were renovated in 2018. This is a non-smoking apartment; pets are not allowed. All windows have blackout blinds, and child-proof outlet covers are installed.

You can park your car in the car park next to the building. You can store your bicycles safely in the common area. A washing machine in the basement is available for a fee.
