A cozy living room with a kitchenette and fireplace invites you to relax in the evenings. The separate bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) offers a wonderful place to unwind. The bathroom with a shower provides added comfort.

A real highlight is the terrace with access to the beautiful garden and private jetty. Enjoy the sunset here or launch directly into the water – boats with a shallow draft can be easily launched.

The beach is just a short walk away – ideal for spontaneous swims or long strolls. The charming harbor town of Kappeln is just a short drive away, where you'll find restaurants, cafés, and small shops perfect for browsing.

Good to know:

Arnis is very small, so parking within the village is reserved for residents. You can stop briefly in front of the house for loading and unloading. A public parking lot (fees apply) is located right at the entrance to the village.
