Beautiful 2-bedroom apartment on the first floor of a new residence with a spacious, sunny terrace. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, and the apartment offers WiFi, access to a swimming pool, and two secure parking spaces. Located in a quiet area, you are close to shops, beaches, and Exflora Park. Perfect for relaxing in the sun!



Towels and bed linen rental is included in the cleaning fee.



An electricity meter reading will be taken at check-in and check-out, and you will be charged for your consumption, especially for air conditioning use.



A fixed fee applies for late check-in.

Pleasant stay. good apartment, excellent balcony but no pool loungers

Pros: The balcony on the apartment was excellent and well used. The position was ideal just 10 minutes walk to a good beach and restaurants by the port. Very easy to commute to Cannes and Antibes. Excellent help and support from Holidu staff. They went above and beyond when we needed assistance when our shower was broken. They acted as support and translated the hosts communications when required and also the workman's communications who replaced the shower. Cons: We didn't use the pool due to no pool furniture. Some of the light switches in the apartment were difficult to use. The host was off work for a time and there was no replacement staff that we were advised of when they were needed for help. Still waiting for the workman's invoice for insurance purposes. Not sure where we go with this. Very frustrating!

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta en un barrio tranquilo a 10 min andando de una playa de arena. Supermercado y tiendas a 5 min Cons: Casa cómoda, espaciosa y limpia. No falta detalle
