Holiday Home 'Pettirossi' with Shared Garden, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
For rent in Portoferraio, just steps from the port in a well-kept green countryside area, a spacious apartment in a villa with outdoor space and private parking. The apartment is a large basement of the main villa and features a living area with a kitchen equipped with dishwasher, fridge with freezer, oven, and induction hob. TV area with sofa and air conditioning.
From the living room, you access three rooms (all windowless but fitted with a modern continuous ceiling ventilation system): the bathroom, a real spa with whirlpool tub and shower, as well as toilet, sinks, and bidet; a single bedroom with a French bed (120x190 cm); and a double bedroom with a large wardrobe.
Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available in all rooms. The outdoor area is furnished for outdoor dining. The owners live on the first floor and welcome guests into a friendly atmosphere, offering well-maintained outdoor spaces and private parking, all within an exclusive, fully fenced property.
Portoferraio center and the port are 4 km away, the bus stop is 700 meters away, La Biodola beach is 3 km, Lacona beach 6 km, San Giovanni Spa 2 km, supermarket and pharmacy 1.5 km.
