Come and enjoy this well-decorated, oceanfront, large, fully stocked, and ultra-clean condo in uncrowded and family-friendly Windy Hill. Make it your tradition to enjoy the direct ocean views from the living room, master bedroom, dining area, kitchen, and large covered balcony with plenty of seating. All bedrooms have attached bathrooms with hairdryers, sheets/towels, Smart TVs, DVD players and are comfortable and private. The kids will love the game system in the twin bedroom. Everyone will appreciate the stocked beach closet, movies, books, games, wireless internet, and all the extras that we have added. You will find the kitchen to be delightful - bring your K-Cups but leave spices and coffee filters at home - we have them. Fun dishes and serving pieces are in 8-C as well as plenty of cookware. A crockpot and cookbooks add to your relaxing stay. We have ample parking - covered and outdoor, a securely locked lobby, and since we are a mid-rise building - easy access to the carts and elevators. Take advantage of the oceanfront pool and the wonderful beach. This is the least crowded area of Windy Hill - no high-rise buildings are nearby. Water sports are also available just down the beach. Beach Club 1 is close to everything but away from the crowds and central to many golf courses and much entertainment. We want your vacation to be easy, special for all ages, and memorable. What makes this property unique
Beach Club 1 is a wonderful building. The units in BC 1 are large - lots of square footage - has a 28-foot direct oceanfront balcony and 3 FULL bathrooms - without being a high-rise. Other comparable luxury buildings are 18 stories. 2 elevators serve all buildings. As a building of only 9 stories - Beach Club 1 offers a superior experience in many ways. 8-C has beautiful views, is well-decorated, and is in a less crowded area with easy access to all that North Myrtle Beach and the Windy Hill area have to offer.
