Holiday rental with south-facing balcony:

The holiday rental features two separate bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. The kitchenette is fully equipped with a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils. Two bathrooms—one with a shower and one with a bathtub—provide additional comfort. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, flat-screen TVs with streaming capabilities in all living areas, a washer-dryer, a south-facing balcony with patio furniture, a parasol, and an electric Weber grill, as well as a cosy living area with an electric fireplace. A free parking space is also available; pets (up to two small dogs) are welcome (one-time dog fee of 30.00 euros).



On-site costs: A 50% prepayment is charged upon booking. The remaining balance is due 1 month before arrival via bank transfer. For last-minute bookings, a 100% advance payment is required. Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival are free of charge; cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival will be charged at 50% of the total cost; cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged at 100% of the total cost. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to midnight. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Keys are provided via a key box. You will receive the code two days before arrival. A baby cot or rollaway bed can be provided free of charge upon request. Pets are allowed for a one-time fee of €30 per pet (maximum of 2 dogs).A tourist tax of €3 per person per night will be charged in addition.



Check-in is from 3:00 to 00:00, and check-out is from 00:00 to 10:00.
