Located in the Ses Costes residential area, this villa offers unparalleled sea views thanks to its elevated position.



On the upper level, you will find a spacious terrace with the main entrance and access to the infinity pool overlooking the sea, as well as a relaxation area (on the lower level).



One bedroom with terrace access and sea views features two bunk beds for four guests and shares a bathroom with shower with a double bedroom. There is an entrance hall or workspace. Additionally, two double bedrooms with terrace access and sea views share another bathroom with shower.



Upstairs, the fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher and opens onto a patio or porch with a barbecue. The living-dining room boasts spectacular sea views and opens onto the main terrace with a summer dining area and a lounge area. There is also an additional guest toilet.



The access ramp to the house is not suitable for cars except for 4x4 vehicles.
