Die Ferienwohnung ist in Realität größer als auf den Fotos. Das Wohn-/Esszimmer wirkte bei zwei Personen schon überbordend groß: Die lange, vollständig ausgestattete Küchenzeile, Sitzecke mit Vitrine, Highboard, Fernsehtisch mit Fernseher (voller Empfang aller Sender + WLAN), Couchtisch, zwei Sofas, langer Esstisch mit diversen Stühlen verlieren sich fast im Raum. Bodentiefe Fenster zu drei Seiten im Wohnzimmer und große Fenster zur Rückseite im anschließenden Schlafzimmer (mit Doppelbett) und wiederum dort anschließenden Bad sorgen für eine helle großzügige Atmosphäre in der Wohnung. Mit diversen Gardinen, Vorhängen und im Schlafzimmer sowie Bad zusätzlichen Rollos schafft man es die Räume bei Wunsch nach außen blickdicht abzudunkeln. Nicht vergessen werden soll im Flur hinter der Eingangstür das zusätzliche Gäste-WC mit Waschbecken. Parkett, Fliesen, Badezimmerausstattung sowie alle Möbel wirken modern und Neuwertig. Alles ist gepflegt und sehr sauber.
