I searched nearly every weekend for a year for the perfect house in Palm Springs.
While home hunting, I learned a lot about each neighborhood and what each had to offer. Little things like waking up to a view of the mountains on the west, or getting that extra hour of sunshine that the west side neighborhoods don't get... all made a difference for me.
The property is uniquely private, spacious, and loaded with everything you need to escape, unwind, and play.

Very private, and quiet and clear from noisy streets and situated well outside the wind corridor that many rentals don't let you know about. There's plenty of room to stretch, play, and enjoy the great outdoor space.
