House in the countryside

This historic two-family home (built in 1890) consists of a total of two fully equipped, separate apartments (one on each floor) that can be booked individually and vary in size:


A 4-room apartment (85 square metres) with 3 bedrooms on the 1st floor
-Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x200 + single bed
-Bedroom 2: Double bed 160x200
-Bedroom 3: 2 single beds (can be pushed together to form a double bed) and
a family bunk bed (bottom 1.40x200, top 90x200)
-Living room
-There is a bathroom (shower, bathtub, sink, toilet)
-a kitchen (fully equipped with dishwasher, washing machine, oven, stove
etc.)




A 7-room apartment with 6 bedrooms in the attic, including a loft (160 square metres).
The following rooms/sleeping arrangements would be available in the attic:

Bedroom 1: Double bed 180x200, 1 single bed
Bedroom 2: Double bed 140x200, 1 single bed
Bedroom 3: 2 single beds
Bedroom 4: Loft with 4 single sleeping spaces (ceiling height 1.40 m)
Bedroom 5: Loft with 2 single sleeping spaces
Bedroom 6: Loft with 4 single sleeping spaces

Large living room with kitchen and 2 tables that seat everyone (there are also 2 sleeper sofas).
1 bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine
2 separate shower rooms
1 additional toilet with sink

..total of 160 square metres.



The property includes one parking space (one space per apartment).
Smoking is also permitted on the covered outdoor terrace if needed, so as not to disturb other guests.
Inside, it is cosy, bright, and spacious, and you’ll find everything you need, even though the furnishings are simple and practical.
It is not a hotel or a luxury holiday rental; the price has been deliberately set to be unbeatable.
Bed linens and towels are provided and included; as are the lodging tax and a parking space. Internet and Wi-Fi are available free of charge, as is a washing machine.

The kitchens are well-equipped (ceramic stove with oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker…), and the bathroom in Apartment II has a bathtub and shower; the master bedrooms have large double beds (180x200), and a travel cot and high chair can be provided upon request; washing machines are also available.
The attic apartment has 6 bedrooms (3 of which are in the loft, accessible via 2 additional flights of stairs from the living room). There is also a bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink, 2 additional separate shower rooms, and an extra bathroom with a toilet and sink.

Please note that, out of consideration for the other guests, no parties are allowed in the house.
