Holiday Home 'La Fée Du Val - Cottage in Ardèche' with Private Pool, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Set in a beautiful green setting, this small rustic cottage with a private pool offers peace and quiet in the forest—perfect for relaxing and reconnecting with nature.



Shops and river swimming spots are 4 km away. Nearby activities include climbing, canoeing, treetop adventure parks, horse riding, mountain biking, hiking, and visiting picturesque listed villages.



Access: The cottage is reached via a 200 m communal dirt and gravel road, maintained and leveled annually. Usually accessible with a regular car, it may be slightly more challenging after heavy rain. Parking is available by the roadside just before the path.



The accommodation is simple, comfortable, and well-equipped. Ground floor: open kitchen and living room, TV corner, closed bathroom. First floor: bedroom (140 cm bed) and large open mezzanine (2 children's beds 90x180 cm and extra mattress). Baby cot. Bed linen and towels provided.



The pool, for your exclusive use, is open from May 15 to October 15 and protected by a barrier. Children must always be supervised by an adult when swimming.



Free washing machine available. Your pets are welcome at no extra charge.



Outside, between the cottage and the pool, there is a sheltered table and chairs for outdoor meals, with an electric plancha provided.



Being in the forest, you may encounter various animals and insects, sometimes even inside. Compost bin available for shared eco-friendly practices.



Please check with your insurer regarding rental risk coverage. In case of a major unforeseen event preventing your stay, a full refund will be given if no alternative can be offered.



Note: The air conditioner is a small portable unit on wheels.
