Vacation apartment/apartment for 4 guests with 25m² in Geldern (314065)

HaSi-Stübchen,
This vacation rental can be rented either as additional sleeping accommodations for the "La HaSienda" vacation rental or as a standalone unit. Bookable for one night or more.

This small, lovingly furnished apartment is approximately 25 square meters in size and consists of one room with a kitchenette (sink, refrigerator, 2 induction cooktops), a bunk bed for up to 4 people (two on the bottom, two on the top), a wardrobe, and a dining area with a table and chairs. It is equipped with a flat-screen TV. We are happy to provide a PlayStation 3 with games.
The apartment is compact but still has everything you need.

The vacation rental is a small, detached cottage located in the garden, close to the pool and the barbecue hut.
It’s about a 50-meter walk from the parking lot to the vacation rental. It’s about 20 meters to the rooftop terrace at La HaSienda.PGJyPgPGJyPgFor stays with up to two people, we make up the lower beds of the bunk bed; for three or more people, we also make up the upper (140x200) bed. If you would prefer a different arrangement, please let us know.

Separate from the sleeping area is a bathroom with a toilet, sink, and walk-in shower. Hot water is provided by a 100L water heater.

The garden area and the rooftop terrace are shared by guests of La HaSienda and the HaSi-Stübchen. There is a hammock, a large 5-meter-diameter umbrella, and plenty of space to lie down and relax. Each apartment has its own designated smoking area.

Smoking is permitted outdoors. Ashtrays are provided. Unfortunately, smoking is not permitted indoors.

There is ample parking space available. Electric vehicles can be charged at the on-site wallbox.

A small playground with play equipment is available for young children, and agility equipment is available for dogs.
Of course, your pets are also welcome here!

An 8 x 4 m outdoor pool is available for shared use at your own risk. Upon request, guests may use the barbecue hut as well as the fitness area with a 2-person infrared sauna.

We offer this vacation rental for stays of one night or more. Ideal, for example, for visits to Ireland with children...
However, due to the additional effort involved, we must charge a short-stay surcharge in this case.

We do not offer special rates for events such as Parookaville or Tolkien Days.
