Our exclusive holiday home offers 240 m² of pure relaxation and comfort. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it’s the ideal size for up to four people.

From the entryway, you can walk directly into the stylish dining room, the fully equipped kitchen, or upstairs to the cosy living room with its open fireplace. From here, you have access to a covered balcony where you can enjoy breathtaking views of False Bay while sipping a sundowner. An ideal place to wind down at the end of the day.

The bedrooms are furnished with comfortable king-size beds.

The master bedroom features a separate dressing area and direct access to the main bathroom, which is equipped with a shower and bathtub.
The master bedroom also offers direct access to the garden and pool.

The outdoor area includes a well-maintained, secluded garden with a private pool and an 18 m² wind-protected terrace featuring a brick charcoal grill.

The house is well secured. All windows are equipped with fixed or sliding security bars. Additionally, a modern alarm system with a direct connection to a security service ensures your safety. The entire property is fully fenced, offering you a high degree of privacy and protection.

Furthermore, the house has a self-sufficient energy supply. In the event of a power outage, the power supply is guaranteed for up to 12 hours.

Within walking distance of the house is also a small shopping centre where you can buy everything you need for daily life.

The handover is handled by our housekeeper (German/English), who lives just around the corner and will be on hand to offer advice and assistance throughout your stay.

Of course, weekly cleaning, pool service, and the gardener are all included.
