In the district of Montgo Dénia, in the resort 1 km from the centre of Dénia, in a quiet, sunny position residential area (villas), 1.3 km from the sea, 1.3 km from the beach. Private: beautiful, well-kept garden with lawn, swimming pool angular (8 x 3 m, depth 80 - 190 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec.) with internal staircase. Pergola, garden furniture, barbecue, parking on the premises. Shop 900 m, supermarket 700 m, restaurant 200 m, café 700 m, bus stop 1.4 km, railway station 1.7 km, sandy beach "La Marineta Casiana" 1.3 km. Sports harbour 1.3 km, surf school 1.3 km, tennis 3.3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.
