Waterfront condo, sleeps 6. Three bedrooms and 2 baths, full kitchen, and laundry room. Nice furniture and comfortable beds. On Spokane river with covered deck spectacular views in Coeur d' Alene. Within walking/ biking distance to downtown Coeur d' Alene, Idaho. Attached 2 car garage, within 5 minutes of I-90, downtown Spokane 30 minutes away. Located in Bellerive/Riverstone community. There are restaurants, movie theatre, a spa, shopping, city park and the Centennial trail nearby.
Our Homeowners Association has a new rule that will no longer let our renters use the boat slip / dock. So unfortunately, we cannot offer the boat slip for your use.
Great location, quiet and private, no pets, non-smoking
We do not open the schedule for summer months until January of that year.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean all dishes and put them to the proper cabinets and drawers. Remove all trash including bathroom take out to the dumpster.
Put all dirty bath towels on the laundry room floor for the maid. These will be taken care of by the maid.
If beach towels were used... they must be washed and put away. The maid does not have enough time to wash these.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Our Homeowners Association will no longer allow us to let short term renters use our boat slip and dock. Penalties will be charged by the association.
We only allow 6 people total including children.

Better than expected

One of the best rentals we've stayed at in a while. Check in was very helpful and the property is extremely clean, location was great and kitchen was well stocked. We'll be coming back next time we stay at CDA.

Wonderful property with an amazing view. It was so relaxing to watch the water from the patio. Lots of room to spread out from the teens and it was also very stocked with kitchen supplies for cooking!! Thanks so much again!!

Has It All

Wonderful place to vacation! Good kitchen with storage and essentials (and goodies as well :). Everything was well-stocked. Dining area was large enough for over 10 guests. GREAT view of the river - so many beautiful pics with different weather. Easy access to freeways, walking paths, and shopping. A lot of restaurants are within walking distance. We will definitely try to stay here again when we are in the area.

Well Appointed Condo on the River

Bill and Debbie have done an amazing job, not only with how they furnished their lovely 3 Bedroom home, but in also providing every amenity a renter might need during their vacation stay. We appreciated all the extra's you provided for us in the kitchen, bedrooms and both bathrooms, as well as a clean and working BBQ on the deck overlooking the river. We felt at home during our entire stay and have you to thank for putting so much thought into what you wanted your renters experience to be. We would absolutely rent your home again. Perfect getaway

Rental process was smooth from the start and Debbie was quick to help us with any questions. Communication was excellent. Their home was absolutely beautiful and spotless! We had everything we could possibly need in each room. After our days enjoying CDA, we loved relaxing on the deck with a fire looking out at the river, then selecting a movie from their collection. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Debbie and Bill thought of everything to make our trip memorable. Thank you! We would love to return.

Coeur D'Alene river retreat

Debbie Benedict's home on the Couer D'Alene river was a wonderful getaway for my family! Her home is beautifully decorated and situated right on the river with excellent views from the deck. Everything in the condo is luxurious from the beds, to the well-stocked kitchen, to the beautiful hardwood floors. The beds are very comfortable with soft, cozy linens. The condo is very quiet and peaceful with its own dock to kayak or boat from. Jason, the property manager, was very helpful and accommodating. He even arragned special a special check-in time so that we could start our vacation a bit early. We will definitely return to visit Debbie's home again as it was everything we could want in a beautiful vacation retreat!

Best VRBO in CDA

Every year we come to CDA area for the 4th of July. This year we stayed at this beautiful waterfront condo on the river. The view is wonderful and the balcony is very nice with the fireplace. The beds were comfortable, the condo is stocked so nicely with things that others do not provide- body wash, shampoo, conditioner, laundry soap and zip top storage bags. So many places we have stayed in the area provide nothing, and have to rush to the store to even be there for one night. This place was absolutely the cleanest! It is the first time I have not had to clean floors in a VRBO, other places get cleaned as soon as we notice our kids feet are so dirty after going barefoot inside. This place was spotless! We will stay here again in a minute and hope it’s available.

Had all the amenities we needed. Very comfortable bed. The ONLY downside: when they say you can’t use the boat slip, it means you can’t hang out on the dock either. We plan on renting here again!

Loved this place! Gorgeous view of the river and all the comforts of home. Bike path to town was great and restaurants within walking distance. Only problems were 100 degree heat so balcony was too hot to hang out on.

Amazing setting and convenient location

The condo is gorgeous, there's a wonderful view in the morning and being that this condo is located in the riverstone development, there are quite a few activities and dining options within walking distance. This is definitely a spot we would rent again.

I honestly don’t think the pictures do this place justice. It is so beautiful, and great location with the lake view off the balcony. The location is perfect. Close to restaurants and shopping, and close to down town. I would love to come back.

Beautiful Views, Perfect Location

The condo was perfect for our girls getaway. It was clean and well appointed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view from the patio was stunning and peaceful. We were close walk to shopping and restaurants. If we return to Coeur d’Alene, we will definitely book this property!
