There’s a coffee maker for both filters and capsules, plus heating for year-round comfort.



Outdoors, relax in your private garden and enjoy the private outdoor pool. The property also features a shared covered terrace, a private uncovered terrace, and an outdoor shower. For your leisure and meals, you have access to a private barbecue, a shared ping-pong table, and shared sports equipment.



Four shared parking spaces are available on site for your convenience. Please note that events are not permitted.
