Country House 'Es Molí' with Private Pool, Terraces & Wi-Fi near the Sea and Beach
Located near Son Servera, this 250 m² finca comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests in 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You’ll find one double bedroom and three with single beds, plus two en-suite bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with oven, microwave, and dishwasher. The spacious living room features a dining area and a separate lounge with satellite TV. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi for video calls, washing machine, fan, central heating for winter, cot, and high chair.
Outdoors, enjoy a private garden of over 18,000 m², a 9x5 m private outdoor pool, and an outdoor shower. There’s an open terrace and two covered ones, plus a private barbecue for al fresco dining. You can also play shared ping-pong for some fun.
The property offers 3 shared parking spaces on the premises and self check-in for your convenience. Events are not permitted on the property.
We recommend arriving by car, as the road is unpaved. The finca is less than 5 minutes by car from the beautiful beaches of Costa de los Pinos, away from mass tourism. The weekly market in Son Serra takes place every Friday, and one of the island’s most beautiful beaches, Son Serra de Marina, is about 15-20 minutes from Artà.
Outdoors, enjoy a private garden of over 18,000 m², a 9x5 m private outdoor pool, and an outdoor shower. There’s an open terrace and two covered ones, plus a private barbecue for al fresco dining. You can also play shared ping-pong for some fun.
