Holiday Home 'Blau' with Sea Views, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning
Located in Lloret de Mar, this 220 m² house accommodates up to 10 guests in 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with large sofas and a 65-inch TV, plus modern comforts like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a fan, washing machine, and private TV access. The master and guest bedrooms are on the main floor. Upstairs, there is a lounge with TV, 2 bedrooms with direct access to the balcony, and a children's room with a lower ceiling. Four bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV for your comfort.
Step outside to take in stunning sea and mountain views from your private terraces, both covered and open, as well as from the private balcony. The property features a private heated outdoor pool and a private jacuzzi for 6 people, perfect for relaxing and unwinding.
There are several shared parking spaces on the premises and 1 spot in a shared garage. Smoking is allowed on the property, but events are not permitted. Please note that bed linen and towels for 10 people are not included.
The jacuzzi and pool heating are available for an extra fee upon request. The tourist tax per person per night is payable on arrival.
