In the house: central heating system, washing machine (extra), tumble dryer (extra). Motor access to the house. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 1 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 1.5 km, bus stop "Skibushaltestelle" 400 m. Skisport facilities 800 m. Nearby attractions: Rheinschlucht - Aussichtsplattform, Il Spir, Baumwipfelpfad Senda dil Dragung. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Flims, Laax, Falera - Weisse Arena. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Caumasee 4 km, Crestasee. Hiking paths: Flims, Laax, Falera ganz Jahres Wanderg. Schneeschuhwandern, Winterwanderwege etc, Sommer Wanderwege etc. (flimslaax.com). Please note: baby equipment on request (extra). The owner does not accept any youth groups.
