Enjoy the private 2,000 m² garden with Mediterranean plants, fruit trees, and vegetable beds—perfect for families. There are a covered and two open terraces, as well as a private barbecue. The private outdoor pool measures 7.60 m x 2.80 m, is at least 0.80 m deep, and is cleaned with chlorine.



There are 2 shared parking spaces and a communal bike storage room. Events are not permitted. A video camera monitors the entrance and driveway, connected to the police for your safety.



The hosts live on site, but not in the booked house. All 4 rooms have air conditioning, which also serves as heating in winter—making Casa Susanne a great choice year-round. In winter, heating costs are settled on site according to consumption. Summer air conditioning is included with environmentally conscious use. Baby cots and high chairs are available on request for an extra charge. A restaurant is within walking distance (800 m).
