Welcome to BeachHus 35, Apartment 4, a lovingly renovated holiday rental in Sankt Peter-Ording. Scheduled completion: July 2026, The holiday rental is located on the ground floor of a two-story house, spans 68 square metres, and can accommodate up to four guests. Thanks to its prime beachfront location, you’ll enjoy a great view of the sea and be just 100 metres from the fine sandy beach; the open sea is about one kilometre away.
The apartment features two bedrooms, as well as a living room with vinyl flooring, a cosy sofa area, a dining table, and a sofa. The open kitchen is fully equipped with an induction stove, electric oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, and dishes and silverware. Both bathrooms feature a sink, mirror, makeup mirror, hair dryer, and a window; one bathroom has a bathtub and the other a shower. For extra relaxation, a private sauna is available for your exclusive use. The balcony is furnished with patio furniture and invites you to relax.
The accommodation is heated by a modern heat pump and features comfortable underfloor heating. Privacy screens on all windows, smoke detectors, and a vacuum cleaner are provided as standard.
