The first bedroom features a 160 cm double bed, and the second bedroom offers a 140 cm double bed plus a foldout bed for a child or teenager. On the ground floor, you will find a kitchen with an extendable dining table, 4 electric hobs, an oven, a microwave, a fridge with freezer, and an electric coffee maker. The living area includes an open fireplace and a television. The bathroom has a shower, and there is a separate toilet. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron, and electric heating throughout.



Step outside to your private uncovered terrace, accessible through an equipped veranda with a table and chairs. A private grill is at your disposal for outdoor meals. A shared playground is also available. The small beach of Saint-Cado is just 100 m away, and coastal walking paths start right at the doorstep of the house.



Parking is available in the street, with several spots located close to the property. Pets are not allowed, and events are not permitted. Bed linens are provided, including sheets, pillowcases, and blankets. Upon departure, please remove the linens from the beds and place them in the bathroom. A cleaning service is available for an extra fee upon request.



The property is situated on the Ria d'Etel, near the famous little house with blue shutters on the islet of Nichtarguer. All services in Belz are less than a 5-minute drive or 10 minutes on foot. Nearby attractions include the Etel bar marking the entrance to the ria, the port of Etel and its tuna boat museum, the beaches of Plouhinec and Erdeven with 7 km of sand stretching toward the Quiberon peninsula, Auray and the old port of Saint-Goustan, the Gulf of Morbihan and the historic center of Vannes, and the southern Brittany islands of Belle-Ile-en-Mer, Houat, and Hoedic. The GR 42 hiking trail passes through Saint-Cado, offering numerous circuits and walks.
