Two cosy bedrooms with double beds ensure restful nights. The modern bathroom features a floor-to-ceiling shower and a corner bathtub, complemented by a convenient guest bathroom. Wi-Fi, bed linens, and towels are included in the price. The absolute highlight is the large, furnished balcony with fantastic, unobstructed views of the lake and the Alps. Your car is safely parked in the private carport, which also offers convenient storage space for bicycles. Despite its quiet hillside location, you can easily reach the historic old town, a variety of shopping options, the beach, and the lively lakefront promenade in just about a 15-minute walk.

In just about 15 minutes on foot, you can easily reach the historic old town of Überlingen, the beach, and the lively lakeside promenade.
