Holiday home for up to 7 people with a heated, covered pool.
The house offers all the amenities for a relaxing holiday, away from mass tourism in the unspoiled Canarian fishing village of La Listada.
On the ground floor is the large living room with a panoramic window overlooking the pool. Adjacent to it is the well-equipped kitchen with a dining table. A door leads to the chill-out area with a large table and a large door that opens directly onto the pool area with lounge chairs. The first bedroom, featuring a double bed, is also located on the ground floor.
A staircase leads to the ground floor. There are a total of 3 additional bedrooms there, each equipped with a double bed. There are also two large bathrooms with windows.
On the second floor, there is a large rooftop terrace with seating and sun loungers.
The very large garage is located in the basement. You can park your car there. Or you can play a game of pool on the pool table or let off some steam on the dartboard. The washing machine is also in the garage.
The highway, which provides easy access to both the north and south of the island, is just a 4-minute drive away.
In the idyllic neighbouring village of Tajao, there are plenty of traditional seafood restaurants.
