Family-friendly vacation rental (120 square meters) with a bright living area and Wi-Fi

Welcome to the “Gartenflügel” apartment at Schlossgut Franken in Redwitz an der Rodach. This spacious 120 m² holiday rental, located in the attic of the main building, accommodates up to 8 people and is ideal for families or groups who are travelling together but still want plenty of space. The three bedrooms are comfortably and family-friendly arranged: Bedroom 1 has a double bed, Bedroom 2 also has a double bed, and Bedroom 3 is equipped with two double beds, offering plenty of space for larger families or groups. The bright living area, complete with a flat-screen TV and a cosy sitting area, invites you to relax. A wood-burning stove provides additional cosy warmth in the winter. The built-in kitchenette with a dishwasher allows for flexible self-catering. The modern bathroom is equipped with two showers and two separate toilets. Towels and bed linens are, of course, provided. Free Wi-Fi is available and ensures excellent connectivity during your stay. Outside, a spacious communal garden awaits you, featuring a playground for children and a relaxing area in the former servants’ quarters. Franconian hospitality is a top priority for us. For small errands, our free bread-delivery bikes are at your disposal—simply scan the QR code and ride conveniently to the bakery. A stay at Schlossgut Franken combines relaxation, nature, and warmth into an unforgettable experience. Check-in is available between 3:00 PM and 6:00 PM. Check-out is available between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on-site. Private sauna (2 hours): 50 EUR, including a dressing gown and towels. 1 free basket of firewood; each additional basket: 10 EUR. Early check-in and late check-out are available subject to availability. We charge a surcharge of 40 EUR for each of these options. Early check-in: 40 EUR Late check-out: 40 EUR Please contact us before your arrival so we can check availability. 2 pets are allowed for a fee of 12 EUR per pet per night. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 15 EUR per night. For a third person in the cot, we charge 15 EUR per night; there is also a one-time setup fee of 25 EUR for the cot.
