Spacious gîte for 10 guests, just 500 m from shops and 800 m from Isle-Briand departmental park—perfect for your stay in Anjou Bleu.



The gîte features 4 bedrooms, including 1 accessible for guests with reduced mobility with private bathroom and adapted WC, plus 2 additional en-suite bathrooms and 1 main bathroom. Enjoy a dining/living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a terrace with outdoor furniture.



Upstairs, you'll find a baby bed (1.20 m with bars) and a changing table. On the ground floor, a playpen, bouncer, and high chair are available.



A covered parking area with 2 electric car charging stations is located 20 m from the gîte.



Bed linen is included and beds are made on arrival. Towels are not provided but can be reserved for an extra fee. Cleaning is optional: you can do it yourselves or book it for an extra fee.
