Holiday Home “Gîte du Bord de Mer” with Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Barn converted into two holiday cottages for 4 and 7 guests, adjoining only at the main entrance and garden. Enjoy peace and quiet in a preserved green setting. Just 15 minutes from Veillon Beach, one of Vendée’s most beautiful beaches. The cottage sits at the center of the estate, surrounded by fields. A one-hectare pond offers no-kill fishing for enthusiasts. Children will love the owners’ birds, parrots, chickens, ducks, and pygmy goats.



Not available for rental by companies or workers.



This 60 m² cottage accommodates up to 7 guests, with 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. For your comfort, you’ll have TV, air conditioning, and Wi-Fi. On-site parking is available. Perfect for a family holiday in the heart of Vendée’s countryside.



Please note: we are in the countryside, so a vehicle is essential for getting around and shopping. The hosts live on the property, but not in the cottage.



House rules: Smoking (including e-cigarettes) is strictly forbidden throughout the cottage. Frying is not allowed. Please do not flush wipes or sanitary products down the toilet. Events are not permitted on the property.



Cleaning is not included in the booking but is available for an extra fee on site.



Pets are only allowed in the accommodation "L'Échappé Belle"; they are not permitted in other lodgings.
