The holiday home, which is approximately 53 m2, spans two levels and can accommodate up to four people. On the ground floor, there is a bright, open-concept kitchen-living area with a ceramic cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and a full range of kitchen equipment for self-catering. The adjacent living and dining area is furnished with a cosy couch, a dining nook, and a flat-screen TV, inviting you to relax. The modern bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, and towels. Upstairs, there are two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with two single beds—offering comfortable sleeping arrangements for families or friends. A cosy terrace complements the living area and invites you to spend relaxing hours outdoors. Free Wi-Fi and a parking space right next to the house round out the amenities. The holiday home is located in the heart of the Bavarian Forest in Freyung and offers ideal accommodation for a relaxing nature holiday. Its quiet location makes the house a perfect starting point for hikes, bike rides, and excursions throughout the diverse holiday region. During their stay, guests can take advantage of the aktivCARD Bavarian Forest, which grants free or discounted access to over 150 recreational activities and attractions—including treetop trails, amusement parks, swimming pools, museums, summer toboggan runs, and numerous sports and cultural facilities. A free parking space right next to the house and free Wi-Fi provide additional convenience. Pets are not allowed. A cot can be provided upon request for a fee of 5 EUR per night. The deposit is 50% of the total accommodation cost. Check-in is available between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM. Check-out is available between 6:00 AM and 10:00 AM. Keys are handed over in person on site. Tourist tax: 3.00 euros for guests aged 16 and older; 1.50 euros for children and teenagers aged 6 through 15; children under 6 are exempt from the tourist tax.
